March Calendar Entry

March always yields the color green, So decided to use up some Greenhouse Gala DSP for this months Calendar Scrap. I used the DSP for the background , and layered with Chocolate Chip CS and Baja Breeze CS. I punched out 2 Fancy Flowers and cut by hand a flower from the DSP, and added a chocolate chip brad for the center of the flower. I also punched out the strip with Baja Breeze using our scalloped ribbon punch.

February Calendar Entry

Todays post is from the FEBRUARY page of my Stampin'Up! Calendar.

I used Real Red CS, Chocolate Chip Cs, Whisper White CS, CC Ink, RR ink and Chocolate chip Ribbon. Scallop punch, 3 heart punch, modern label punch, and the little hearts are from the Owl punch. I also distressed the white using our little distresser:) That is fun!!

Stampin'UP! Calendar

Ok, so I so didn't make 12 posts over the Christmas Holiday.. I'm a little busy this time of year:) But I have made up for it! I just finished a calendar using the Days-To-Remember Flip Calendar from Stampin'UP! I think it came out really nice, and can't wait to demo it at a friends birthday party!! Hope we can complete it in 3 hrs:) Today I am posting January:

Ok, so the one the ladies at the birthday party will not have the flowers in the background:) I accidentaly picked up the wrong stamp, and in my stamping stupor didn't realize it wasn't the snowflake stamp and just stamped away.. I actually don't think it looks that bad, just not what I wanted for January.

I used Marina Mist ink, Snowflake punch, small oval punch, scalloped punch, boho punch, and of course had to add the bling:)

Christmas Gift Card Holder

This Gift Card Holder is actually made with SU Basket and Blooms Big Shot Die. I just sticky taped the two sides together instead of making the whole basket. If you put the tape on the bottom it becomes a pocket and holds a gift card which you can then hang on the tree!! SUPER CUTE!! I used Soft Suede CS and than stamped with Soft Suede Ink a snowflake stamp from Christmas SS. I punched out the Scalloped Circle in Always Artichoke , and punched out the For You ( Vintage Label SS) with the large circle punch. I than tied the victorian ribbon around the handle. Another great way to use this die!!

Hope your all close to getting ready for Christmas!! Finished up teachers goodies today, and goodies for my club ladies.. Will post pic tomorrow... oh no no tomorrow. I'm off to Mexico for a day mission trip to Aqua Prieta. We get to give presents to the kids and play games with them.. Fun!!

This Cute little box is made very simply with Cherry Cobbler CS, and the Candy Candy DSP paper from Holiday Mini. I also used the snowflake punch and some Chocolate Chip ribbon.

Measurements are 7 1/4 X 71/4 for bottom box. Score all sides at 2 inches.

Top of lid is 5 1/2 X 5 1/2 Score all sides at 1 inch.

Box is then folded with sides coming in at each other than folded over to the middle and attached with a brad, so you don't need any tape on the bottom unless you want to add so extra strength ..than you can add a couple of strips of sticky tape to sides.

For Lid cut into score lines to middle and adhere all side with Stick Tape. Add DSP and Wala!!

Holds 6 3X3 cards, and envelopes.

Christmas Box

This super cute box is made from the Matchbox Die from Big Shot!!(You so have to have one of these:) I used Cherry Cobbler CS and Paper from Deck the Halls DSP. Punched out the snowflake with SU snowflake punch. Small red flower is from the Boho Punch. Merry is from Tiny Tags with the punch also. Bling was added to the middle. The Always Artichoke scalloped layer is the perfect accent to show off the snowflake.It's also perfect to hold chocolates or earrings ......

Christmas Packaging

Happy Friday ya'all!! Today I wanted to show you 2 of the boxes we made in class last night. The first is a box in a bag that I was created by the great Dianna Gibbs. It is so easy to make, and is super cute.. I have made them smaller, and they work with the 3X3 cards.

12 Days of Christmas

Well , I thought I would give it at try at getting 12 posts in before Christmas this year.. So here we go with the first one.. check back to see if I actually make it , and see some great Christmas ideas:)

Tonights class will include a little red christmas box, and all these tags for $10.. What a gonga deal:) Each of these tags uses a different technique or stamp set. Come back tommorrow for single pics of each tag and a pic of the little red box!!

Thankful for.... Layout

Happy Tuesday!! This is the Thanksgiving Layout the Stamp Club ladies made this past week:) They did a great job!!

Supplies used were: More Mustard, Cajun Craze,Chocolate Chip CS,Chocolate Chip, and Cajun Craze  ink,Thankful for stamp, Old Olive Ribbon,Autumn Spice DSP, and Day of Gratitude Stamp Set. I also used the Leave Die and Pearls.

Happy Thanksgiving Card

This Thanksgiving card is cut on the side and opens about an inch up with the Happy Thanksgiving stamped on the side:)The flower in the middle is an actual cutout from our Autumn Spice DSP and stamped with my favorite swirly stamp on the sides.. Papers used were : More Mustard and Pear Pizzaz. Stamp set is Teeny Tiny Wishes, and the Ribbon is Old Olive. Super easy and quick!!

The Autumn Spice DSP is a heavy weight paper, and can be used for tons of projects for Thanksgiving from wrapped candles to cut-out leaves to display on your table to invitations for dinner. Check it out and let me know, would love to help you get creatin'...

Ok, so I know I haven't posted much on Thanksgiving and I have some more cards and a layout coming, but I just got these in and had to try them , and they are so cute!! I will be making these for all the teachers this year, and will probably fill them with chocolates or peppermints.. These were unbelievably easy, and look even better in person:)

Thanksgiving Month Begins

I have so much to be thankful for!! God has been so good to me, and I love to thank Him and those around me for all they do.. This card says all that HAPPY THANKSGIVING!!

 I also used my absolutely new favorite punch.. The owl:) HE is so adorable, and can be used for almost an occasion.. Just punching him, makes me smile:)Supplies used are : Chocolate Chip CS and ink, Old Olive CS and ribbon, So Saffron CS, and Cajun Craze CS. Owl punch, bird punch, oval punch, and the designer label were used, and the folder is from the new book??? Stamp Camp October 2010

Well!! I have to say Stamp Camp was a great sucess for it being the first for me. These are a few of the ladies and their adorable purses!! I love how each ladie made them theirs , and all the creativity it sparks. We had such a good time just being together on a beautiful Saturday ! Can't wait till March.

This are the ladies kicking it up with the Big Shot and the Cricut machine.. I love how paper and toys can add up to so much fun and laughter!!

These are two wonderful sisters , Carla and Debra, who love to scrap, so we had a good time.. Seems like the cropping portion didn't last long enough,, so I may have to seperate out the crop from the camp:)

I am so excited!!! This Saturday is my first StampnScrap Camp.. I have 8 great ladies who are gonna come play.. Here are a couple of pictures of the projects. I used SU Greenhouse Gala paper and Stamp Set.. Can't wait to crop and stamp!!!

This is journal that we will be making..It uses all SU papers and embellishments. Colors are Chocolate Chip, Baja Breeze, Pear Pizazz, and Pumpkin Pie.

This is a purse set, that includes the purse, pen , and 4 notecards and envelopes.

This is the layout that used the Friend stamp.. I used watercolors to color the flower, then used glitter on the middle. Versamarked the flower on the Baja Breeze. You can't  see it really well, but also used the mat piercer around the edges of the Pear Pizazz. Love the SU ribbon.. I stick it on everthing.. I also added the Pearl bling in the left hand corner of hte Pear Pizazz to even it out.

Should be so fun!! I'm so ready to play:)

My Love (Love Letters) Chipboard Album

Good Morning All! We had a great night of Stamping last night. We made these adorable Black Chipboard My Love Albums. There are made with the Love Letter paper from Stampin'UP!. We used Black, Riding Hood Red, and Very Vanilla cardstock throughout the album, and used several SU dies for layout options. Flower is punched from 6 large flower punch, and 2 little scalloped flower punch.. Definetely , the favorite of the night. Each page has plenty of room for pictures and some journaling. Would make a great gift for the love of your life:) Not too girly:)

September Card Class- Circle Circus

These are the cards for the September Card Class. You will be making 2 each of these five designs. They are done using a technique of making your own paper but stamping several images on the same piece of paper than cutting the paper up to use on your cards.The colors used are Melon Mambo, Marina Mist, Old Olive, and Daffodil Delight. This class uses lots of punches, folders, and dies with the Big Shot.

This is a layout done for Micah Mann for his Baby Shower in Phoenix. My SIL sister I think threw it for her and did a cowboy theme.. It was super cute, and we all had a great time watching Steph open her gifts and talking about what Micah has to look forward too with all of us in his life:)

Cupcake Scrap Layout

This a a layout made with the Cupcake dies from Stampin'UP!! Aren't they cute!! The Alphabet is Stampin'UP!The paper is from left over stack, and all the inks and embossing is SU! Super Fast , Super Cute, Super easy!! This would be great to add some glitter or more bling for birthday cards or other layouts.. This was made for a little baby boy so had to tone it down:)

Girl Card- Haily

This time I thought I would show a card from my Crazy for Cupcake class. I also gave this card to my niece for her birthday. The paper is SU, and Heidi Grace. The stamp set is from the Crazy from Cupcake set from SU! Just fun~

Again, can not seem to get it to insert my pics upright.. They are right on my camera not my blog.. Sorry, hope you get the idea.

Guys Cards

Ok, one of the hardest things to do in carding/scrapping is trying to come up with creative cards and pages for our guys.. These two cards are just a couple of ideas to show some of the  Stampin'UP! Stamp sets.

This card is a graduation card for a friend of ours in Nebraska... ( Congratulations Sean!!) I used the Fourth of July stamp set out of our new Summer mini as the Stars, and used the Well Scripted stamp set for the greeting. Stamped out 4 stars, and layered them with a brad. Super easy, super cute! What do you think?? Let me know.. As Father's Day approaches this would work well for a card, or you could blow up the idea for a layout using more stars:) Try it~~

This second card is a birthday card for my nephew Joshua.. It uses the baseball stamp set, and I versamarked the hats on the back , then stamped out the baseball and bat. I used the Well Scripted stamp set for the greeting, and stamped the baseballs on Old Olive. Layered and walaa!! There ya go.. Super easy.

Last Chipboard Book ( Memories)

This Chipboard book is a small black one that can hold family memories or just the two of you...

The paper is old American Craft and the punches,ink and some ribbon is SU!

New ideas implemented in this design include, felt flowers, tuille, and rub-ons:)

Alright, maybe one more, just for good measure:) This chipboard album is also made with Whimsy paper from Making Memories.. Love the glitter,the patterns, and the spring colors. Also used SU paper and alphabet.

This album is 6X6 and would make a great gift or scrapping an event of family or loved one.

Simple yet room for lots of pics..
